Visitors to Fourbee are requested to observe the following:

The letting days are Saturday to Saturday. Guests are requested to arrive after 3pm and agree to vacate no later than 10.00am.

The accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You undertake to keep the property and all furnishings and fittings in the accommodation in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of the let; allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

All damages and breakages are the visitors' responsibility and must be paid for.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the description of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct. However, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage which may arise from the information we supply. No liability can be accepted for any injury, loss, damage or expense from your use of the holiday accommodation or the surrounding facilities. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.

This Agreement confers on you the right to occupy the property known as Fourbee solely for the purpose of a holiday or short term temporary stay and not as a permanent dwelling house. You agree that you will vacate no later than the time specified in the Agreement.

You undertake that only the agreed number of persons will occupy the property, whose details are described in the booking form. The owners reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

The owners will make every effort to ensure that your holiday accommodation is satisfactory but in the event of any complaint, please notify the owners immediately.

The owners operate a NO SMOKING policy within Fourbee and its immediate surroundings.

The rental charges are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, heating, bed linen and towels.
